EPUB library
Resolve processing states, download problems, missing chapters, and archive confusion.
A book is queued, processing, or retrying
Refresh after a short interval. Those are active work states, not completed books. Repeated attempts can indicate a temporary content or delivery dependency. Administrators can review the generation events and reason codes.
A book failed
Open the associated reading list or capture result and record the reason code. Determine whether a particular source was unreadable, no new article was available, or generation itself failed. Avoid deleting the record before collecting the useful diagnostic details.
A book is ready but not on the device
The EPUB generation succeeded. Continue with Device and delivery troubleshooting.
A chapter is missing
Confirm the item was new for that list and that its source returned usable content. A failed or excluded article is not silently replaced by an empty chapter. Feed and article reason codes help identify the source.
The download does not start
Confirm the book is ready, then retry from its detail page. Check browser download permissions and available disk space. If another ready book downloads successfully, report the affected book's ID and time without sharing private content.
A book disappeared
Check the Archived view and clear search filters. Archived books can be restored. A permanently deleted book cannot be restored from the library.
Bulk actions affected the wrong set
Search, page, and selection state can change the visible rows. Before a bulk archive, restore, or delete, review every selected row and the total selection count.
